Description: Best Bitter Special is our Best Bitter with fuggle hops added in the cask. This is a process known as "dry-hopping." There is a lingering bitter finish that dominates the flavour and aroma. Best Bitter Special won the 2007 Ontario Brewing Award in the Bitter catagory.
